English Poetry course
A 6-week course designed for both intermediate and advanced English learners. Explore a few of Britain’s favourite poems and most famous poets. Develop your literary skills, expand your vocabulary and share your own thoughts about language with a group of like-minded learners.
I will introduce the group to the selected poems and deliver materials on language, style and theme. As a group, we will take this knowledge and independently read each poem so that we can share our thoughts and comments as a whole.
If you are worried that the course will be too challenging for you then don’t worry! The course is designed to make poetry more accessible, or easier for non-natives to read and enjoy. If you can read this page then you can take this course!
